What We Offer
Three Advisory Services,
Each Structured for Substance
Each engagement is a defined scope of work with clear deliverables, a realistic timeline, and a fixed fee. Here is what each one involves.
Our Methodology
How We Approach Every Engagement
Before any engagement begins, we have an initial conversation to understand the organisation's situation and assess whether a structured engagement is actually the right response. Not every enquiry leads to an engagement — and we are direct about that.
When an engagement does proceed, it begins with a written scope agreement. The scope defines what we will do, what we will produce, how long it will take, and what it will cost. Both parties sign off on this before any work begins.
During the engagement, we work methodically — conducting research, holding stakeholder conversations where the scope includes them, and developing our analysis. We provide structured progress updates and are available for questions. The engagement concludes with a written deliverable that your team can reference and act on independently.

Service 01
Communications Strategy Advisory
Considered consultation for Malaysian organisations developing their internal and external communications approaches. We help organisations think about how they articulate their work to various stakeholders in ways that feel authentic and resonant. Particularly relevant for organisations navigating significant transitions or developing more considered communications practices.
What the engagement includes
- Communications audit of existing materials and practices
- Stakeholder landscape review and consideration mapping
- Written communications framework document as deliverable
- Progress updates at agreed intervals throughout
- Closing session to walk through findings and recommendations
Best suited for
Organisations going through a significant transition — leadership change, repositioning, entry into a new sector, or a period of heightened public visibility — that want to develop a more deliberate and coherent communications approach.

- Stakeholder conversations where appropriate to the scope
- Considered recommendations for ongoing public affairs practice

Best suited for
Businesses in regulated sectors — financial services, healthcare, utilities, infrastructure, education — or organisations entering a new area of commercial activity with significant public or governmental visibility in Malaysia.

Service 03
Reputation Considerations Review
Measured advisory for organisations examining how they are perceived by stakeholders and the broader public. We approach reputation work as substantive practice rather than surface management, examining the relationships between organisational behaviour, communication, and stakeholder perception. Suitable for established organisations with substantial public visibility.
What the engagement includes
- Stakeholder mapping and segmentation for your organisation
- Perception assessment across relevant stakeholder groups
- Gap analysis between self-perception and external perception
- Considered recommendations as written assessment report
- Closing review session with the engagement team
Best suited for
Established organisations with significant public visibility that want an honest assessment of how they are actually perceived — rather than simply managing messaging around an existing position. Most valuable when leadership is genuinely open to what the assessment may reveal.

Shared Standards
What Applies Across All Engagements
Data Protection
All client and stakeholder data is handled in accordance with Malaysian PDPA requirements, with additional internal controls for sensitive engagement materials.
Written Scope Agreements
Every engagement begins with a written, signed scope document. No work proceeds without this in place.
Client Confidentiality
We do not discuss client engagements publicly. All engagement materials remain confidential. Client names are never referenced without explicit written permission.
Fixed, Transparent Fees
Fees are set per engagement type, disclosed on this site, and agreed in writing before work begins. No additional charges for standard scope activities.
Regular Progress Communication
Clients receive structured progress updates at agreed points. We do not go silent for weeks and reappear only with the final deliverable.
Honest Assessment of Fit
If an engagement would not be useful to the organisation, we say so at the initial conversation stage — not after accepting the work.
